fff : favorite film folder ("fff", "we", "us") is built to keep your photos on your device. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Summary • Your photos and pages stay on your device. We never upload original photos. • Without an account, we collect only anonymous usage analytics, which you can turn off. • If you create an account, we store your account details and only the finished images you choose to share, and only the people you share with can see them.

2. Photos, Camera and On-Device Data • fff uses your camera and Photo Library only with your permission: to take photos, save them, show your fff album, and reload photos used in your pages. • Photos you take or edit are saved to your Photo Library, and finished pages are saved there as images. Editable pages and magazines are kept only inside the app on your device. None of this is sent to us. • Settings and local counters are stored on your device and removed when you uninstall the app.

3. Anonymous Usage Analytics • We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how features are used: feature interactions, aggregate counters and standard diagnostics (such as app version and OS version). • We do not collect photo content, location, names, email addresses or the advertising identifier through analytics, and analytics are never linked to your account. • You can turn analytics off at any time in Settings → privacy → share usage analytics.

4. Account and Social Features (only if you create an account) We collect: • Account: your email address (or the private relay address Apple provides if you hide your email), a user identifier, the ID you choose and your nickname. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; we never see them. • Email confirmation: when you sign up with email, we send a 6-digit code. We keep only a scrambled form of it, for 10 minutes or until it is used. • Shared content: the finished cover and page images and the title of each magazine you show friends or make together. Original photos are never uploaded. • Magazines made together: who is in each one, who was invited, who added each page, and the page order. • Friends: your friend connections, friend requests and the users you block. • Hearts and activity: hearts you give, and a list of what happened for you (requests, invitations, new pages, hearts). • Notifications: if you allow them, a notification token for your device and its language, so we can send alerts in your language. • Reports: the reason, the reported magazine or page, its owner and the reporter.

Purpose: to let you share magazines with friends, make them together, get notified, and keep the community safe. This data is not used for advertising and is not sold.

Who can see it: • A magazine you show is visible only to friends you have accepted. • A magazine made together is visible to the people in it and those invited to it. • Hearts are visible to the magazine's owner and the people who can see the magazine. • Your ID can be found by signed-in users who search for it; your nickname is shown to your friends and to people in magazines you make together. • When content is reported, the operator views only the reported content to review it.

5. Retention and Deletion • Shared images and their details are deleted as soon as you stop showing a magazine, take out a page, or the magazine made together ends. • Deleting your account (Settings → account → delete account) deletes from our servers your account, ID, nickname, friend connections, requests, blocks, hearts, activity, notification tokens and all magazines you showed friends. Magazines you lead as editor-in-chief are ended for everyone, and pages you added to other people's magazines are removed. If you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke fff's access to your Apple ID. • Reports are kept for up to one year for safety review, then deleted automatically. • Copies other people saved to their own devices (for example, from a magazine made together) are outside our control.

6. Sharing Outside fff • If you use your device's share features to send images or links to other apps, that transfer is governed by the privacy policy of the app you choose. • External links in Settings open in your browser and are governed by the destination site's policy.

7. Third-Party Services and International Transfer • Apple Inc.: Sign in with Apple, Apple Push Notification service, App Attest and DeviceCheck (to confirm requests come from the real fff app), rating requests, and Photos and camera access. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. • Google LLC: Firebase Analytics, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Firebase App Check, and Gmail for sending confirmation, password reset and report emails. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Where your data is stored: • Account data, ID, nickname, friend and block lists, hearts, activity and reports are stored by Google LLC (Cloud Firestore) on servers in Seoul, Republic of Korea, and processed there by Cloud Functions. • Images of magazines you show friends or make together are stored by Google LLC (Cloud Storage) on servers in the United States.

International transfer (shared images): • Recipient: Google LLC (United States) • Items: cover and page images and titles of magazines you show friends or make together • Purpose: showing them to the people you share with • When and how: over an encrypted connection each time you share, add or update a page • Retention: until you stop sharing, the page is taken out, the magazine ends, or you delete your account You can refuse this transfer by not sharing; all other features keep working.

8. Your Choices and Rights • Turn off analytics in Settings. • Turn off notifications in iOS Settings. • Stop showing any magazine, take out your pages, or leave a magazine made together at any time. • Block or report users from any magazine shown to you. • Change your nickname, password or email, or delete your account, at any time in Settings. • Revoke camera or Photo Library access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security. • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us; we will respond without undue delay.

9. Security Data is sent over encrypted connections. Security rules limit access to shared content to the people you share it with, and App Check limits access to the genuine fff app.

10. Children's Privacy fff accounts are not available to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or the law. The effective date below shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
