Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms set out the conditions for using fff : favorite film folder (the "Service"), an iOS app operated by the fff team ("we", "us"), and the rights and responsibilities between you and us.

Article 2 (The Service) ① The Service lets you take and import photos with film looks, arrange them into pages and magazines, and save or share them. ② Taking photos, editing, making pages and magazines, and saving to your Photo Library work on your device and do not require an account. ③ Showing magazines to friends, making magazines together, hearts, activity and notifications (the "Social Features") require an account (Article 4). ④ The Service is free. We may add, change or remove features to improve it.

Article 3 (Your Device and Photos) ① Photos you take or edit are saved to your Photo Library, and every finished page is also saved there as an image. Editable pages and magazines are kept only inside the app on your device. Deleting the app removes them; images in your Photo Library stay. They are included in your device backup. ② We do not upload your photos, except the finished images you choose to share under Articles 5 and 6. Your original photos are never uploaded. ③ The Service accesses your camera and Photo Library only with your permission, which you can change at any time in iOS Settings.

Article 4 (Accounts) ① You may create an account with Sign in with Apple, or with an email address and password confirmed by a code we email you. ② You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. ③ You choose a unique ID, which friends use to find you, and a nickname, which friends see. Neither may impersonate another person or be offensive. ④ You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. ⑤ You may delete your account at any time in Settings → account → delete account. This permanently deletes from our servers your ID, nickname, friend connections, friend requests, hearts, activity, notification settings and every magazine you showed friends, and removes you from other people's lists. Magazines you lead as editor-in-chief are ended for everyone; pages you added to other people's magazines are removed. Pages and photos on your device are not affected.

Article 5 (Showing Magazines to Friends) ① A magazine you show is visible only to users you have accepted as friends. Nothing is published publicly, and it cannot be viewed without an fff account. ② Only the finished cover and page images and the magazine title are uploaded. Friends can view them but not change or save them. ③ You may stop showing a magazine at any time. It is then removed from your friends' view and deleted from our servers.

Article 6 (Making Magazines Together) ① You can invite friends to make a magazine with you. You are its editor-in-chief: you set the cover and the order, and you may take out any page or member. Members who accept an invitation are editors and add or take out their own pages. ② Everyone in the magazine can see every page in it and save the whole magazine to their device as images. Copies saved this way stay on their devices even if a page is later taken out or the magazine ends. ③ When the editor-in-chief ends the magazine, every page and image in it is deleted from our servers. When an editor leaves, their pages are removed.

Article 7 (Your Content) ① You keep ownership of everything you share. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display it solely to provide the Social Features to you and the people you share with. This license ends when the content is removed from our servers. ② You are responsible for having the rights to everything you share, including the consent of people who appear in your photos.

Article 8 (Community Rules) ① There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not share content, IDs or nicknames that: (a) contain nudity or sexual content; (b) promote hate, harassment, bullying or violence; (c) infringe the rights of others, including photos of people shared without their consent; (d) are illegal, spam or misleading. ② You must not misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the Service, or using automated means to access it.

Article 9 (Reporting, Blocking and Enforcement) ① You can report any magazine shown to you, or any page in a magazine made together, and block any user from within the app. Blocking ends the friendship; the blocked user can no longer see your magazines or send you friend requests. ② We review every report within 24 hours. To do so we view only the reported content. We remove content that violates these Terms and may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate them, without prior notice where necessary. ③ Reports and questions: [email protected]

Article 10 (Notifications) If you allow notifications, we send alerts about friend requests, invitations, new pages and hearts. You can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings; everything also appears in the activity list in the app.

Article 11 (Anonymous Usage Analytics) ① To improve the Service, we collect anonymous, non-identifying usage analytics through Google Firebase Analytics, as described in our Privacy Policy. Analytics are never linked to your account. ② Analytics data is processed by Google LLC as our data processor, is not used for advertising, and is not sold to third parties. ③ You may opt out at any time in Settings → privacy → share usage analytics.

Article 12 (Intellectual Property) The Service, including its design, film looks, templates, frames and bundled artwork, belongs to us or our licensors. Bundled fonts are used under their own open licenses (see end credits). You may use templates and artwork to make and share your own pages and magazines.

Article 13 (Limitation of Liability) ① We are not liable for failure to provide the Service due to force majeure, iOS changes by Apple, or technical issues beyond our control. ② Editable pages and magazines are stored on your device, and we are not responsible for their loss. Shared images are stored on our servers only while shared. ③ We are not responsible for issues arising from your use of your device's share features to send content to other apps, or from external links in the app. ④ We are not responsible for the unavailability or changes of third-party services we rely on, such as Sign in with Apple, Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase. ⑤ We are not responsible for content shared by other users, but we act on reports under Article 9.

Article 14 (Termination) ① You may stop using the Service at any time. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account; delete your account in Settings first. ② We may discontinue all or part of the Service for legitimate operational reasons, with reasonable advance notice in the app, in App Store update notes or on this page. If the Social Features end, shared content will be deleted from our servers.

Article 15 (Changes to These Terms) We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service or the law. The effective date below shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page before they take effect.

Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith discussion; if unresolved, the court with jurisdiction over the operator's place of business in the Republic of Korea shall be the court of first instance.

Article 17 (Language) These Terms are provided in Korean and English. If the two versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
